Colors and Fonts:    

Under site setup and colors/fonts.

Colors and fonts can be set as default for the entire site, in addition you can set specific colors and fonts for different companies, locations and or departments. To do this select the company, department or location on the hierarchy listing, set your colors and fonts click save. Then when any user from that company, department or location logs in the colors and font set for them will display.
