Competency Tracker:




Add competency areas and the learning items required to meet the competency.

This is a wonderful tool for managers to evaluate the performance of employees relative to promotion or fill in.


Go to admin area and site setup. Then access the "Competency Tracker" to set up.


 


Create a NEW track;




Choose learning item to add:




Add additional items until track is complete;



REPORTING:


Any of your managers or executive staff can pull a report on their direct reports to see up to the top 30 tht have completed the track and their related performance.
